They have all self checkout registers which I do not mind however only 2 registers are open. When i go to use the one not being used I got told by the cashier she had to cash me out. I felt like she was insinuating I was going to steal. Then she makes me answer If I was greeted or not on the computer. She also watched me type my pin in which was weird. I would rather pay a little more and go to a store where I feel they respect their customers. If you assume every customer is stealing then bring back all cashiers not have staff pick and choose which customer to ring out.

"WOW THAT FELT NOT WELCOME AT THE NORTH ATTLEBORO LOCATION " CHEE WIZ NOT EVEN A PLEASANT WELCOME ! GORL WITH LONG HAIR SEEM LIKE SHE DIDNT LIKE HER JOB AND THE OTHER GIRL WEARING GLASSES SHORT HAIR WORKING NOT EVEN A SMILE " TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE 😔 I ASKED ABOUT A JOB JUST GOT A STARE AND WAS LIKE UM NOT HIRING ! WHERES THE MANAGER AT ?

Inappropriate behavior by the employees that work at this store. Attitudes disgusting. Self checkout but yet she didn't even ask me if I wanted help scanning my items she just started scanning them. I don't know the associates name but she had long hair long nails. Her attitude sucks. She printed my reciept before I could say I wanted it emailed. Before I started shopping I asked her if I could return or exchange $1 Easter buckets 🤣🤣 and she sternly said not without a receipt and the store manager then rudely said when I was walking away do you need me. The girl replied no. Then the manager said: Good because I'm busy doing something I don't have time for that. You never know who is watching or paying attention. Be kind. You don't have to like your job however I'm not the one who applied you did. Please don't ever treat me or any other customers that way for it's disgusting. Ya'll profiled. In closing there were a family of 5 or 6 who you didn't help cash out why ? Learn to read people not everyone is a thief!

An exceptional store that has valuable goods for only $5. They have books, crafting tools, toys, sports tools, and more. Each section is an asset by itself. Recently they added a department for goods for more than $5; the department mainly has mobile accessories, pet stuff, and some home decorations. My daughter and I consider it a picnic rather than a shopping.

Why does a store add only self checkouts, but then not allow you to actually self checkout? The past few times I’ve been in there an employee has checked me out (along with other customers) at a self checkout kiosk…??? Just today, one employee was continuously bouncing between two self checkouts not allowing either of the customers to do anything - as you can imagine, the customer service was horrible bc she couldn’t even pay attention to what she was ringing up at one kiosk bc of issues at the other. She rang something of mine up twice and didn’t notice. I needed to tell her, but had to wait until after she was talking to the customer at the other kiosk and by then she had already started to ring up other items. It’s a mess - bring back regular registers so more than one employee can check out customers one at a time or leave the self checkouts for their actual purpose.
