I don't usually write negative reviews, but today's experience at Five Below was absolutely unacceptable and put the icing on the cake. My wife and I headed out to the Five Below at this location earlier today. Now, I understand that Saturdays can be busy, but there is no excuse for the disorganization and poor management we encountered. We had to wait in line for over 20 minutes to be rung up because there were only three people staffed. This is beyond frustrating and shows a complete lack of consideration for your customers' time. When we finally reached the register, the cashier, who was extremely nice and clearly doing their best, explained that this is the norm. This is simply not acceptable. Five Below, you need to do better for your employees and your customers. The current staffing levels are inadequate and result in an unnecessarily stressful shopping experience. It’s high time you reassess your staffing policies and take immediate action to ensure that both your employees and customers are treated with the respect they deserve.

There is only one cashier working at this particular location and there are five registers. This is during a busy black Friday holiday shopping. Not sure why we have to wait 30 minutes online not a great experience…. Oh my gosh, it’s the same situation here …. Why did they only have one person on register? ????

We (for lack of better verbiage) toured this Five Below while waiting for someone to pick us up lol. It’s a nice place to grab a small gift while holiday shopping for sure! They have some great deals this time of year.
