Love the store, just think they close early

The employees name is Trey. I had to go to the bathroom and he informed me there are no public bathrooms and he walked me physically down the plaza to a bathroom when I came back. I purchased things at the store and he couldn’t be more gracious and kind with an employee like that that’s all you need is him triple his salary. !!!!!!!!!

One star for 5 Below, 5 stars for the employees. Went in to shop for an upcoming birthday party. Store was stifling hot with no air conditioning. David, the store manager, was absolutely amazing. He saw that I was struggling with the heat and helped me find everything I needed and expedited my sale. Shame on 5 Below. Your customers and workers deserve better.

The cashier refused to do a exchange. Said 5 below doesn't do that. Of course they do he didn't feel like it or didn't know how to. On top of that he said and I quote " that's 5 Belows store policy and what would you like me to do about it?" I thought maybe he should have done his job. That wasn't the first time a 5 below employee got nasty. On another occasion a employee actually yelled at Me for looking at the tee shirts. I did open them to look and then I refolded. The employee walked over and literally said don't touch the t shirts because she just folded them. Btw she was very loud. Is nasty part of 5 below employee training? Is it in the " How too " section of the employee handbook??

Love 5 below. Especially now that they added some better, slightly more expensive items. Still great deals and fun store to browse. Staff was great and very helpful.
