Let’s see I am one of the most loyal customers at this place all the employees including one of the main managers knows me by face and most likely by name I get smiles by a lot of the workers when I walk in at all times of days and night. But Miss Alicia seems like she might have some kind of authority in there has always had some kind of nasty attitude to me even when she claims she has been helping me in the past and it all blew up today in the middle of the store with a screaming match basically. I lost my keys after having to help myself which by the way the self check out is the stupidest thing on earth why are these people getting paid to ask me if I want a bag and that’s it. And I said to them very clearly that my ID and my car keys were in the same spot so someone can know where I live and steal my car if I were to go get my other car keys and I ask for help! Up at the register I asked for help and all I got was looked at like I had five heads. Then I went through my bag that I had to pay for by the way stupidity and then could not find them so I proceeded to go through the store that is horribly set up stuff all over the floor because people actually want to get carts and actually buy stuff but then they knock stuff off onto the floor. I mean before this actual interaction I was bonding with other customers about how horribly the store is actually set up because you can’t even have a cart in there or it’s like playing bumper carts. Could not find my keys went back to every location then I went up to a worker that I actually have a good relationship with and said hi everyone in here is looking at me like I have five heads that’s when Miss Alicia walked in and said here’s your keys with a nasty attitude. I’ll pick them up off the ground basically not being a nice person at all. All I have to say about this whole thing is me and this worker before cracking jokes throughout this whole time I was in there shopping and laughing and I went up to this specific worker asking for help because I knew she would actually help me and I mean I even went up to another worker asking if they had snoopy stuff and he looked at me dead in the face and said the puzzle is the only snoopy stuff they have in the entire five below. I know for a fact that five below does not only carry a puzzle that has snoopy on it that is a bold face lie. So I continued searching for snoopy stuff and I still went and bought something else that lol had snoopy on it so that guy either lied or just didn’t know his store that he worked in. So five below hire better people one, Alicia learn how to read a room because there was no animosity between me and that worker we were absolutely fine the entire time leading up to that so like I said I don’t know mind your own business and I said to you when I came back in if you had just gave me my keys with no attitude they would’ve been no problem and also maybe just maybe get a cashier five below so there’s no more problems with your cash not being taken because it’s not straight from the bank because I literally get on my knees sometimes to put cash into that cash taker because if it’s not fresh cash it doesn’t want it it’s actually embarrassing to get on my knees for a self check out. MY KNEES. below respectfully get your shit together

Typically messy Five Below location, but not quite the disaster area that all of the other ones I have been in. Not enough employees, as usual, but one young man actually thanked me for being there on my way out. So one extra star for effort.

I was consumer profiled by the heavy set Manager Caucasian or Hispanic Manager at this location on 12-8-2024 between 1-2:30pm, My husband purchased some items I thought was 5.00, I seen the receipt and went back in the store I was referred to the manager, she beeped the items and showed me the original price of 8.00, I said ok I went to grab my merchandise and said to her I’m going to get some candy and she said you can leave your bag here I turned to see everyone else walking around with bags in their hands and no one was asking them to check in bags, to avoid debates, I said you want my bag, I gave her my bag then She yes that would be better. I got the candy and left. The owner needs to give her a class Racial Profiling, because it can definitely cause a lawsuit For those owners that don’t know I left the meaning with my review

Great location with plenty of parking. The store is always full of merchandise and good toys at a great price. They also have a great selection of candy's 🍬. The registered are self check out.

Best 5 below I've been to. The store is clean and everything is where it belongs and the store is big.
