Great location, really big. Everything is on one level with really good items and deals. There was a long line with limited staff, so be prepared for that just in case you may not have enough time. Items are spread out, which made for a nice shopping experience.

This place is a go-to spot for cheap trinkets 📿, toys 🪀, funky products 🧮, and electronics! 🎧 It's so fun walking around Five Below and explore the ever-changing inventory of products (all $5.55 or under!). You never know what you're gonna get. The games 🧩 and electronics ⚡ is an absolute must! I wish I came here more often!

I came to this location looking for a specific item that was marked in stock on the website. Once I arrived I was having some trouble finding it. I asked a staff member where I would be able to locate this item. She said she did see it but thinks it is now out of stock and from what it looked like she went to go look to help me. About a few minutes later I still couldn't find it and she never came back with any assistance. I saw her again huddled up with other staff members on the phone. I asked if she was able to find it and she said that unfortunately, the item is out of stock. Gave me a whole spiel about the morning crew doing inventory and there was only a small section of summer stuff left and that they don't have access to the basement inventory. I told her I drove pretty far and she said I should have called and they would of told me it was out of stock. I asked if there was a manager around and she said she was the manager (which was shocking), if sin fact she is the manager the bar for customer service is at an all-time low! I chose to still give it another look because I really wanted this item. Great news I found it and guess what there were multiple!! It's clear this manager has no idea what is going on in the store and is obviously spending way too much time having personal conversations on the job. I am super happy I found the item but very unhappy I wasted so much time because of the lack of awareness, customer assistance and knowledge of the five below team.

Ok stuff but disgusting outside the store. Shame on this corporation for being a bad employer and neighbor. Clean up your act!

This specific 5 below is prejudice. I walk in and am immediately confronted by a lady who says to leave my bag on the floor, not in a crate or a designated spot but the filthy old floor. I comply and go about my business. Pretty soon I start to spot people who came in with larger bags than me still have their bag. Im confused. I start to look around and notice many people are apart of the same bag club. Never again am I going to this place. They cant even afford to stay stocked up but can add an era paycheck to there tight budget. DO BETTER
