Loved this 5 and below, the workers were super kind and i knew if i needed help with anything they were ready to assist. I also received compliments from the workers which brightened my day! Also the store is nicely organized compared to other 5 and belows and there is loads of self checkout machines with workers available to help you. My only critique is the location of the store but there’s not much you can do about a not so perfect area.

The five Below are Unique in their location because it is free of Touts, and you can shop conveniently with ease and on your own time. The Staff are excellent, especially a 5 feet black Lady, she helps you and attends to you with respect, and the other staff is friendly; when you ask them a question, they carefully explain and make you feel comfortable. You can buy Clothing, exercise tools, perfume, cream, and much more for Men, Women, and kids. It would help if you go here for extensive shopping. And they sell their wares for $5 and below.

I had such a wonderful experience at the Five Below store, and I want to give a special shout-out to Gina, Gary, and Ava. While the entire staff was fantastic, these three employees truly went above and beyond to help me. I was fulfilling an Instacart order and wasn’t familiar with where anything was, except for the candy aisle. In most stores, when you ask for help, associates usually just point in a general direction. But Gina, Gary, and Ava did something extraordinary: they took the time to walk me over to the products and show me exactly where everything was. When I needed about five Fidget Spinners, Gina even went to the back to grab some for me! That level of care and effort is the kind of customer service the world needs more of. I truly appreciate their kindness and professionalism. Thank you, Gina, Gary, and Ava, for making my shopping experience stress-free and enjoyable. You are shining examples of excellent customer service!

When i got in the store there was no one to greet or even by the registers. I went to this store to get some Halloween decorations and I was being followed up and down the store by a guy with short blonde hair and he has a slim build, he even followed me to the register and he watched me scan 4 items and after I paid he went on about his job. honestly he should've have been watching the group of teenage kids who were eating the candy or the couple which one of them was on a wheel chair putting stuff under the seat. I definitely do not have any need to steal or take anything from any store. I suggest that he and his staff gets retrained on L&P! Horrible experience!

The toys selection for kids is really good. We even found a monster jam monster trucks that have held up pretty good. They have a good stationary selection. Place is clean and easy to find things. Customer service was good at the register. Would go back.
