I preordered a case of Lorcana cards from this location on 8/8. On 8/9, due to some storm, the product was damaged and we would have to wait for a new shipment to arrive. Communicated with them multiple times through there IG since their phone line was not working. Promised "We'd call you when the item was delivered." Received no calls. Received an email on 9/4 stating my order was cancelled. They said "It was a mistake on Shopify's side, I'd receive my refund back in 7-10 days, and again, I'd be called when the order had arrived." Nothing. On 9/23, after waiting 7-8 weeks with no communication, reported the charge to my bank to get my money back. Would NEVER recommend shopping here.

Amazing store quality environment always clean lots of variety super knowledgeable stuff definitely will be back again

This is a great store. Gabe the owner is amazing and always helping young gamers. My son is into Pokemon TCG and Gabe has taken tons of time and effort to cultivate a community that's inclusive to younger kids. This store is my son's favorite. I choose to support local card shops like this one over Amazon and big box stores. The prices are comparable and it's helping the community.

I just started getting into the One Piece TCG this year and Dragon Eye has been the place to be! Gabe and Grace have been wonderful hosts to all the players that come through. They make it feel like a second home and its a great place to unwind and play card games after a long week at work. Also, for you hobby collectors out there def check out their Funko Pops you can't miss em

Dragon Eye Gaming has all your Funko and TCG needs and wants covered. The sense of community is strong amongst the regulars and very welcoming to new customers. Will keep coming back time and time again.
