Bought a new release signed SIKTC and they sent me an unsigned copy - these things can happen. I reached out to get the correct item I paid for and they said they'd replace it, but only after I send the wrong book back and they've received it. Not a big deal but a lot sellers would let you keep the wrong book as an apology - but whatever, it's a business so I get it. I sent the book back in better packaging than I received it. I checked in a few days later and was told that they have a lot of orders and it would go out soon. Fine. 3 days later, the book arrives. Correct book finally in my possession but came with a not small semi-color breaking spine tick and a CoA for a different artist. QC needs a hard looking in to. *update* Had a different contact at Collector Cave reach out to me and acknowledge the difficulties I had during this order. A little acknowledgment goes a long way, and compensation was provided. Suffice to say, I've updated my rating to 4 stars. Pics attached.

I placed an order that took more than a year to arrive, and by the time it was delivered, I had completely forgotten about it. Opening the package was a pleasant surprise, but unfortunately, the Funkos inside were damaged beyond repair. I reached out to their support team via email three days ago and have not received a response yet. Based on this experience, I strongly recommend avoiding ordering from them. I've already shared this with several friends and my WhatNot viewers.

They scam you on ebay. Pre ordered Funkos from July of 2024, and mind you. I pre ordered these in like May, it's been like 6-7 months now. I've messaged them constantly. They tell me to contact ebay to get a refund. I COULDN'T GET A REFUND FROM EBAY, CAUSE IT HAD BEEN TOO LONG. They told me they'd ship me some other funkos from their store instead. So I told them which ones I wanted. Guess what? Still haven't gotten them. Messaged them multiple times, no response. Their communication is absolutely POOR. I wouldn't recommend anyone to shop from here. They clearly don't care about their customers. They'll probably reply back to this like they do to other negative reviews and tell me what I did wrong when I did nothing wrong. They just lied in their post about when they were gonna ship.

I stopped by to drop off a stack of 75 postcards advertising an event at my son's school. Javier greeted me with a friendly demeanor, and took the postcards to leave out for his customers. I look forward to visiting again soon with my son.

Don't bother trading/selling games here. Everytime I stop by they keep changing their minds on what type of games/consoles or accessories they want to buy so it's just a waste of my time and potentially your time. To add, today they didn't want to buy cause they're "pressed for money" due to comic con this month which shouldn't be the customers problem when you told me you'd be interested in taking in some of my consoles and games prior. These guys have been waiting my time for a couple of years and the few times they want to buy they sometimes try to low-ball me compared to other games or used shops.
