I love this store! They have a great selection of cute toys and gifts. I ordered an item for pickup and they wrapped it beautifully for me! The staff are very kind and helpful! I look forward to shopping there again!

This is my first time purchasing toys from this store and did it online. The toys (tonies) came quickly which was a total relief. I am going to come back and purchase toys when I need to. Thanks for the great customer service. Recommend this toy store.

THANK YOU! :-) I ordered my Bibble Bobble from this toy store because it was sold out on the jelly website. I needed (well, I really wanted but that equals to a need! lol) my little sheep plush because I was getting my 2nd (ever) surgery in June. My first operation in '22 I had my plush rooster (diff brand) my mum and I had taken pictures before the operation so now it's a tradition we have begun lol. I really liked the option to have it gift wrapped as a gift for myself, I didn't know what gift wrap to choose so I had typed in the comments "surprise me! im getting surgery June 4th". I THOUGHT commenting that would be under the gift wrap however when I received my package (delivered by FedEx) and was put in the amazon drop box at my place. The package was OPEN! The whole bottom of the light blue packaging bag was wide open enough for the plush to fall out. I was very worried my little guy would be dirty or worse, ripped!! I thoroughly checked him out and he was safe thankfully. I had submitted my order 6 days before my surgery and was hoping it would arrive before then. The tracking had said it would arrive the day of my surgery but I kept hoping it would arrive sooner, thankfully he did! By 3 days! :-) ! He was not gift wrapped just in a thin light blue packaging bag, BUT it turns out the order note I left was for the order in general and the "surprise me" note I left, well I was very surprised!. In the package were 2 "silver linings markers, wikki stix, and a note wishing me a speedy recovery!! It made my day, and my Bibble went with me to the hospital along with my family and SD. We took pictures and I LOVE him!! You really made my day and I'll never forget the kind gifts and note. The little things REALLY do make life better. My Bibble sleeps with me at night, goes with me to my parents house, and right now we are on the couch watching tv while my leg is elevated typing this review. He has traveled all the way from Doylestown PA to Texas and has much more adventures to go on! If I ever go to PA we'll make sure to stop by at BusyBee toys!! - With love, your friends in Texas

The owner, Nerice, was so helpful with assisting me in picking out a group Christmas present for my 4 grandchildren. She took the time to show me several options. We finally decided on an Advent lego calendar. Because the gift was time sensitive, she even offered to hand deliver it. Busy Bees Toys even delivered gift wrapped for me. Wonderful store, great experience. I will definitely be back for birthdays.
