This was my first time in any Build-A-Bear and I went in for the Birthday Bear for my son who turned 1 this month. I had seen this promotion years ago, long before I was pregnant but it was always on my heart to do it if I ever got the chance to be a Mom. Upon entry the store is very clean and well organized. The staff, Melanie, Allison and Dawn (apologies if I spelt your name wrong 😊) were very welcoming and most of all so kind and caring. No one knew how much this meant to me but they took their time to explain the process, make suggestions for accessories and clothing which there was a vast variety of. I was extremely impressed and thankful for their five star customer service. They gave me every option to make my experience the best it could be. I can’t say enough how kind, they were. They do this everyday but I felt like they genuinely cared about making it special in addition to their professionalism. Both are a major part of good service to me. Needless to say we will be back with Dad next time because he was touched when they offered for him to send a voice note to be recorded and placed inside the bear since he was at work so he wouldn’t be left out. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for helping me to have a life long dream realized. It may seem small to most but it meant the world to me. See you all again soon! Thank you so much!!

We had an excellent experience. We were there to build bears (and other animals) for a discussion occasion. There was something everyone liked (from grandparent to parent to teen to preteen). The staff were so great, even though we showed up a little before closing. Would definitely recommend!

Went here on Valentines day, it was super busy, but all employees were so engaging, upbeat and making sure to touch base with everyone! I loved that when stuffing my bear the women helping me didn’t just do it and send me on my way as I am a grown woman and not with my children, we did all the fun steps with the heart! This was a gift for my husband and we always do silly and goofy things for each other. He is a fire man and I wanted to make the sound of the siren to add to the bear. It was busy and quite loud in there and I wanted to make sure the noise was clear. Not only did one of the associates pull me to the side so I didn’t look silly screaming wee woo wee woo in front of everyone, she did it with me!!!! My experience was absolutely perfect and the employees were absolutely amazing!!! Such a fun, cheerful place! Thank you to everyone that worked so hard on Valentines day!
