I went to the Deptford Mall today needing help with special BABs and Meridith was there to be sweet and helpful and kind, she was so welcoming and I had an awesome experience!! She gave me great purchasing advise and I was able to satisfy all my purchasing needs. Buildabear is awesome and Meridith is the perfect girl to work there. Thank you so much for an Awesome time!! I'm definitely coming back!!

Stopped by deptford, both lady’s were rude and condescending when asking questions. Asked about a price of a bear and was told “look at the price in front of you”.

Great experience each time I go they are always happy and helpful. They love to enteract and entertain the children. The shop is small a stall in the middle of the walkways of the mall I do wish they chose a more kid friendly section so the stores around were also kid related that's my only complaint.

Took my extremely shy 2 year old Daughter here earlier today(Or technically yesterday now) to make a bear. We were greeted by Nicole and I still am amazed at just how patient and nice she was to my baby girl. She took the time to help her pick everything out and even recorded and re-recorded the custom voice box we wanted 5 times with a smile. She really took my daughters 1st experience with build a bear to the next level. Nicole is an absolute diamond for this company and build a bear should hire more exactly like her. The reason I gave 4 stars was all for Nicole and her patience. I didn't really like the fact that it's now a kiosk. It really takes away from the experience and is no longer a destination like it was when it was in the center of the mall in its own store space, but even still, Nicole made the trip for my daughter and I worth it. She hasn't put her pink Disney Princess bear down since she made her.

Brought my son here to make a bear for his birthday. The experience was kind of uncomfortable because the lady who made his bear had a bad attitude and just seemed annoyed to do her job & like we were interrupting her or something. You work for build a bear. Cheer up
