Love this store!!! It feels more like a library than a Barnes and Noble. I'm always looking for new books to read and even if I don't buy them, it's set up perfectly for browsing and getting inspiration! The staff is friendly and helpful as well.

My husband and I love the creative writing group that holds on every Friday at 6pm. Amy, the manager is very warm and helpful. She answers any questions we have about books or authors. The store itself has a great selection of novels, music and merchandise. People of all ages would feel at home here. A+ to all of the staff members who are also very helpful and a delight to talk to.

First time at this Barnes and Nobel. Very well lit and well organized store. The booksellers are very friendly and knowledgeable. Found the book I needed and some that I didn't "need" but bought anyway :) In a busy area with a lot of other stores and restaurants nearby so good location too.

Probably the cleanest and most well organized B&N I've been in, though most are pretty spotless! The staff are all super nice and knowledgeable. I go to three or four B&Ns in Central CT depending where I am at the time (road warrior), but though this one is the smallest I've been in, it's well kept with great options.

Comforting, like bookstores used to be. The employees are the most cheerful bunch i have ever met and are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I came with my toddler and baby, and they had a blast. The kids' section is excellent, and all the toys are smart and different than i have seen before. My kids played with some of the toys, pulling out a couple on the ground. When an employee came over, I thought he would say something about a mess. Instead, he let me know about story time on Saturdays and showed me where they had board books that were on discount, giving me a recommendation. I actually had a book in mind, and he knew where it was without looking it up. I don't know who the management is in this location, but they have an excellent team. You can tell they love books and that is the kind of place I want to be. I can understand other people talking about how tight or confusing the layout can seem. They are not set up in traditional rows. However, I actually like it - lots of nooks and crannies The only thing i want is a few more comfortable seating spots. They have chairs, but I'm missing a comfy reading corner with a side table, perhaps by the windows. They need some plants, too, with all that window space.
