Had a great selection, free parking(but the parking lot for the mall was nearly full), employees were helpful and kind. The philosophy section was in a weird spot below and behind the down escalator and it was not in any discernable order. Inclusive toy section and my wife was able to get around in her wheelchair without any issues.

Love this Barnes! They have a larger selection of things than most other places, and I feel like it's one of the bigger stores I've been to. The staff is very willing to recommend books and are super friendly, which is great! They have a very large section for Manga. Love coming here when my TBR is running low.

Super passive aggressive. I’ve been shopping at this store, for the past 16 years. While I was at checkout, inspecting the condition of my otherwise new books, the manager, who was at the other register, lost her patience and was like, “Pay. I want to leave by 5.” Mind you, Barnes and Nobles barely hires enough cashiers at the front. There was only one cashier working. Talk about rude. The cashier who was helping me was so kind and she was just doing her job, inspecting that the books that I had ordered to ship to the store were in good shape. Then that lady I saw was huddled around in a circle with the other employees of the store. Barnes and Nobles is a place known for their service, and years of experience handling books and their customers. I guess with the rise of e-commerce and Amazon, what matters most is making enough sales. A customer is just a number to them. Shout out to the people working at the cafe. Pros: convenient location Great staff at the cafe Kind and hardworking cashiers who are knowledgeable Cons: occasional rude interactions Lacking South Asian romance

I was pleasantly surprised by the serene atmosphere at this Barnes & Noble. Unlike many other bookstores, it felt spacious and uncrowded, making it a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle. The store's layout is well-organized, and the staff is friendly and helpful. One of the best things about this location is its separation from the adjoining mall. This creates a distinct and quiet environment, ideal for browsing books and enjoying a cup of coffee. It's a welcome change from the typical mall experience. If you're looking for a peaceful place to read, study, or simply lose yourself in a good book, this Barnes & Noble is definitely worth checking out.
