The Store looks beautiful, visited on December 1. The staff is extremely helpful and professional. Very impressed with all the advances made by Barnes and Noble in the past three years. Hamilton was always a wonderful store and it is even better now.

its a little bigger than most other BNs, plenty of space to peruze or sit and read. nice enviroment, large selection of books/toys. my only issue was the staff member who made me feel uncomfortable while looking at funkos and records, and then wouldnt honor the "sale price" sticker ON the box when i went to check out.

Great selection Clean and kept store. Staff seems to avoid interacting with customers. Especially disappointing when I go to pay. I was next in line to check out. 2 employees were talking to each other while checking out a lady at the counter. They continued talking when she walked away. The male employee could clearly see me, even though he wasn't the cashier, he didn't even acknowledge or point out that i was waiting to be helped. I walked up to the counter on my own. Shelby doesn't even look up or say anything. She just starts grabbing my items. I say " Hello, how are you?". She quickly responds, "Good, do you have a membership with us?"- doesn't even look up. Previous review for Starbucks in store👇: Very nice store with friendly employees. I love that they have a Starbucks inside. However, they do not accept the starbucks app for points or payment. Still, this is a nice spot to relax, read, and work.

Great selection of books, friendly staff, and even a starbucks inside so you can grab a cup of coffee with your new book.

I went in B & N to grab a Carmel Macchitto ( sp ) and I was delightfully surprised to see a bustling store with heavy Christmas vibe !!!! A pleasant thing to see for sure. I did have " sticker " shock to see the prices of most book, etc. I price compared a lot the items I was interested in and I found out I could find MOST of them at a much cheaper price online- go figure :) It's like the song from the 1990's - " video killed the music star ! ". In another words, online offerings killed the brick n mortar stores ! Make sense ? :) Thumbs up if I did ! I hope helped you out. Check out my other reviews!
