With its extensive collection of books, comfortable seating, and a café serving premium coffee and treats, this establishment is the perfect place to spend your time.

Our store is open daily from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM, with extended hours on Sundays until 7:00 PM. What sets Barnes & Noble apart is its commitment to fostering a sense of community. The store regularly hosts author meet-and-greets, book clubs, and other engaging events. These activities not only enrich the literary experience but also create opportunities for readers to connect with each other and local authors.

Customers have praised Barnes & Noble for its atmosphere and services. Many appreciate the knowledgeable and kind staff who go above and beyond to make their shopping experience enjoyable. One customer highlighted how the store has become their "third place," a term borrowed from the book "The Art of Coffee Brewing," referring to spaces where people gather besides home and work.

While most visitors have had positive experiences, there have been a few minor hiccups. For instance, one customer mentioned waiting for the doors to open on a weekday morning and noted that the initial staff interaction could have been more welcoming. Despite this isolated incident, overall feedback remains overwhelmingly positive, with many customers emphasizing the importance of good customer service.

Barnes & Noble continues to be a cornerstone in Cherry Hill Township, offering a unique blend of literature, food, and community engagement. Whether you're a dedicated bookworm or just looking for a quiet spot to relax, Barnes & Noble is here to cater to all your needs.

This is my staple "3rd place" to hang out. This location has essentially picked up the social responsibility of hosting author meet and greets on top on other great events; something the library in Center City once held. Big deal! The staff I've encountered have always been knowledgeable, patient, and kind. They help create a great atmosphere for anyone who visits. It's also perfectly situated near other stores and food spots, making it very convenient to run some errands. Can't say enough great things about this place. Check it out!

When I arrived this morning at 9 am, the doors were still locked. I waited along with another customer for a few minutes for the doors to be unlocked. I'm not sure who the woman was who unlocked the door, but she didn't greet the customers or respond to the greeting given when she opened late. The other staff member who helped at the register was very nice and helpful which is why I gave 3 stars. Good customer service is important.

Peaceful place to study in between classes. Nice to stop by while waiting for a table at the cheesecake factory to get some unique gifts for the kids or a new book to read. If you didn't know. If you want a book Barnes and nobles does not have they can find a place to print it and mail it right to your house! Affordable and convenient! I love books, a great cup of coffee, and unique gifts to choose from so Barnes and nobles is on my top ten favorite stores to shop at.

Typical Barnes & Noble. Well stocked and vast in space. Books and gifts for all. The store has fewer employees than pre-pandemic but there’s still always someone there to help if you need it. The cafe is quiet and as with all other Barnes & Noble superstores, there are plenty of tasty beverages and treats available for purchase. The sugar cookie is a favorite and there are anyways new drinks to try from the Starbucks menu. There are also new greeting card lines that are well priced (below $4) because I think we’ve all had enough of the $10 Papyrus card, haven’t we?

Workers are not that pleasant unsure why seems like s decent and fun place to work. It was after Christmas so maybe they are busy but no need for the abrasive, dry attitudes😳🙄. Love the place but the workers could get extra training on customer service
