I absolutely love going to the cafe when K-lee is working. She is always so kind and helpful when I have any questions about the menu. She's the only one who can make my drinks correctly and she fixes any problems I may have. Since December I have been going there more frequently just because of her even when I have a Starbucks much closer to me.

Ended up taking more of a walkthrough but staff was helpful and everything seemed well stocked. Main complaint is more of a sad truth, the sound of the security tags is a complete break... I believe it wouldn't be so bad if it was harmonic, like a metronome, but the sound of multiple out of sync, thought the roof was leaking. Starbucks was operating and looked great, just couldn't enjoy what used to be tranquil.

It's very large, and it's the closest one to me now. Such a variety and so much to choose from. It' like a wonderland of books. Many different genres. There's also a coffee shop in the store. We got lost in the store just looking at all the books.

Excellent book store with a Starbucks inside with a huge selection of books to choose from. Very kind service, reasonable prices, and good location with entrances inside the mall and outside the mall. They also have a toy section and now carry various collectables around the middle of the store. Overall really solid location that I highly recommend.

Very busy place. Great selection. Plenty of staff on the floor but only 2 registers open mean a long checkout line. Expect 10-15 minutes to checkout. Mid-day, pre Xmas shopping. Their Starbucks area was hopping.
