I really like that this Barnes & Noble location is relatively big The staff is friendly, and they have a large selection of games and an even larger selection of books

I stopped in for holiday shopping with my nephew. Alyssa was so bright and helpful. She found the book I needed and also showed me an edition with colorful pages and holographic dust cover. Excellent for gifting. We even noticed Alyssa helping other coworkers in a friendly and team motivated manner. My nephew and I stopped in the cafe and enjoyed our time at your store overall.

They have every book I want to buy and their membership is very affordable too. But the cafe is the best area to eat, drink, or drink coffee while reading or studying for college. Especially when winter comes along their coffee is amazingly good and warm for the soul. I can't wait to go there next year

Before getting into the “biggest” problem in this review, if you ever are confused or frustrated by decisions made or the way things work in this store, whatever you do please do not take it out on the poor retail/cafe workers as they just follow the orders given by said PROBLEM. The lead manager at this store can be described as many things and not a single one of those things are good! I’ve visited a handful of times and in those times I’ve witnessed back handed insults, pure negligence of both customers and employees, and an attitude as bad as her makeup. I’ve seen tears shed by workers and due to being friendly with a couple of them I’ve gotten to hear first hand the things said. Never should someone ever be put in a scenario where their boss is commenting on appearance, it is not only unprofessional but just pathetic. Dress code is one thing, these comments were beyond that. Lesson of the day: if you go home and dislike the way you look in the mirror, don’t take it out on others around you!
