I really like this location it’s really calm and the employees are usually very polite. I’ve been coming here ever since I was little girl. The only thing is with so many new releases and the demand being high they have to lie on the phone and say they don’t have any in stock. I came in the same day and they had the same item I was looking for when I asked them if they had it earlier in the day on the phone they said no which was odd. I never had issues with this location but that was so abnormal. It use to be so easy to get what you want now you have to repeatedly come in to check.

Amazing selection of toys in the basement and lovely books and little trinkets! It's a very cozy place, there's no one watching you and telling you what you can and can't do like in Manhattan! They also have sales, which I've never seen at another location but I love it!

Great selection of toys if you need a gift for a birthday or special occasion. Of course the book selection is great too! Also appreciate the clean bathrooms located on the lower level. My go to for Christmas gifts!

I was extremely disappointed in their tiny foreign language section. Everything else was great though. 2 floors and amazing customer service! Lots of books and a place to drink coffee. Not a fan of Starbucks though.

I’ve been coming here for years and have always enjoyed it. However, ever since the Pandemic, they haven’t been letting the kids sit in the kids section to read books…a very un inviting and cold move in my opinion. The Starbucks Cafe is so so…the problem mainly being its overall cleanliness and the staff never look happy working there. One time my drink wasn’t made right and the Barista proceeded to passive aggressively question me about the problem. He said “I’m pretty sure it was done right but if you want pure sugar then I’ll triple everything”. The drink wasn’t sweet at all (they forgot to put the Caramel pumps when making it) and yet he came up with his own theory that I just wanted Diabetes. Very rude and condescending.
