I ordered an adapter for my baby jogger stroller. It arrived loose in this brown box, without original manufacturer’s packaging. Item was not advertised as used. I’m a stickler for baby safety, so I want to know the origins of the item. Further, it doesn’t fit on my stroller, because who even knows which model it’s for since it isn’t labeled. There isn’t even a packing slip. I have emailed the company twice and called them to request a return and full refund, but they haven’t responded. My 1st contact was within their 5-day return policy for receiving damaged goods.

Absolutely unsatisfied with the shopping experience. I’ve ordered Thule stroller with a good discount, I was waiting for 2 weeks and never received the item. They just didn’t send it for no reason. During that time it was a great deal on Amazon but I shopped with Andbabu and missed a good chance on Amazon as trusted this merchant. Do not advice to ship with and any:

I called a lot of different representatives and everybody I spoke to was not pleasant to speak to on the phone. Customer service for them was no good. I called AN be store in Long Island I spoke to a sales person name. Robert, very nice person, ask somebody else he was dealing with. Call me back, take my number, call me back. Difficult time with me to show me the stroller that was in the store. When I tell you looking for somebody who's gonna make you feel like you're the only person and make you feel important. Robert was the salesperson that she would want to speak to. Whoever hired him did a extremely great job. You need to give him a raise, I'll tell you that. And never let him go, hes a real asset to the store. Thank you, Robert I appreciate you.

I stopped in over thanksgiving weekend with my bff bc she wanted to buy me a stroller and I wanted the Joolz hub +. I knew Nordstrom was having a sale on it but wanted to buy it from here. Anb baby also had the sale and I liked Anb but after she ordered it for me online as the sales associate said to do they cancelled the order because they “are out of stock” even though they are in stock both online and in stores near me. And when you call online customer service it sends you to a manager in this store who will tell you “ that they have no power they just need to tell you to email Anb” Don’t listen to their sales associates about buying things online if they aren’t in stock at their store just buy it from a place with better customer service who doesn’t lie about being out of stock for sale items and tries to push a full price item on you. Not worth it.

My wife ordered Thule Urban Glide 2 stroller which was on sale, shop has charged the credit card and even sent UPS tracking number but has never actually sent the purchase. We’ve had to file a complaint to get our money back. The most frustrating thing is that we’ve been waiting on this stroller for weeks and now have to shop for it in another place. Strongly not recommended this shop.
