Ashley and her staff are amazing. They are very knowledgeable of the products that they offer. Their recommendations are always welcomed because of their knowledge and experience with the products. I am also very pleased with their hard work in the Middletown site. In the past I refused to even walk into the place because it just was very uninviting and creepy. Since Ashley and her staff such as Jess have been there is a complete difference that is very noticeable and makes it easier to want to walk into the establishment. Thanks for all that you do Ashley and Jess you make a normal activity easier to explore and not be ashamed of it!!! they are amazing and deserve a rise and all recognition that comes with that. There deserve it and so much more.

I love this place! Bee is the customer service goat! Exceptional kind and helpful service, even when I’m annoying and really needy/picky. So impressed with Bee!!! Thank you for making me feel welcome, I hope next time I visit they are working again. Sending lots of love y’all.

I have no problem walking into the AV outlet ! Most ppl are embarrassed or nervous( like my husband ) But Ashley is the kindest most helpful sales person you could ever ask for you , you can joke with her you can ask her anything and she's knowledgeable and will make you feel at ease the moment you walk in ! It's so clean and not a speck of dirt anywhere ! That girl deserves a raise !!!

Going into these stores may cause a bit of anxiety for some people, however my visit to Adult Video Outlet was a positive experience. Ashley was very knowlegable and professional. I was made to feel comfortable at all times which made customer service exceptional. Ashley answered any and all of the questions I may have had. Cannot wait for my next visit.
